The 4 month time period begins the day your ads go live.

Our team includes highly skilled appointment setters who will not just assist but will directly manage follow-up communications and book consultations, integrating smoothly into your business processes at no additional cost.

If you wish to have a dedicated appointment setter specifically for your business, we offer a comprehensive service to find, hire, and train the perfect fit for just $9/hr. This allows you to seamlessly extend your team according to your unique requirements (Optional).

We go beyond advice; we will directly make strategic enhancements to your website, set up conversion tracking tools, and implement changes to maximize online visibility and lead conversion success.

Our team will take charge of developing and managing all necessary digital marketing assets, including social media accounts, ad campaigns, scripts, landing pages, and qualification surveys, ensuring a unified and impactful digital marketing approach.

Lead engagement and qualification will be fully handled by our team, including the organization of consultations via phone, video, or in-person, ensuring every lead is efficiently managed to maximize potential.

Transparency is key; thus, you will receive all generated leads, both high and low potential, to provide a complete overview of your campaign's effectiveness.

We invite you to join our dedicated Slack channel for daily communication, guaranteeing timely responses to all your questions and maintaining open lines of communication.

After the initial 4-month term, our agreement will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis, subject to your approval to proceed.

To ensure the success of our efforts, we require your availability to respond to calls initiated by our team, guaranteeing no opportunity is overlooked.

Any use of our marketing materials, such as landing pages, ads, scripts, and surveys, must be approved by us to ensure consistency with our brand standards.

We expect you and your team to follow best practices, including adhering to advertised pricing, to maintain a reliable and positive customer experience.

Our agreement includes the flexibility to pause your campaign for up to 2 weeks within a 12-month timeframe to adapt to your business's changing needs.

We operate on a basis of trust and commitment, stating clearly that refunds or chargebacks are not part of our agreement, underscoring our shared goal of achieving outstanding results.

If you decide to end our services, we ask for a notice of at least 7 business days before your next billing cycle to facilitate a smooth transition.

You will manage and directly pay for your Google/Facebook/Instagram ad spend, giving you control over your budget in accordance with the guidance provided during your onboarding.
